The Platform is an events space located in Perth CBD. We are in the business of partnering with people and organisations that are passionate about making a difference to their world. The space is available to our Partners to host events and meetings. All we ask is that the Partners bring along people (we call them pioneers!) on their journey. The goal is to gather, develop and mentor individuals for change, through our Partners.
The Platform only exists through many volunteers coming alongside us. If you would like to volunteer, please email us and let us know how you would like to get involved and your availability.
Volunteering opportunities include receptionist, events planning, administration, copywriting, photography, videography and more.
Wen, with a group of volunteers founded The Platform in late-2016. A jack-of-all-trades, accountant, interior stylist and HR consultant – she brought together the sum of her life experiences and poured it into the construction and setup of the space. She is passionate about helping the less fortunate and seeing people come together to make a difference. She believes in bringing light into our world, whether it be the workplace, the city or internationally in developing countries. She lives by the mandate of bringing people along the journey, to share and inspire everyone to live for a cause bigger than themselves.
Diana is a true creative with a contagious can-do spirit and a love for bringing positive change. Diana jumped on board early in the journey, bringing her skills as a graphic designer, photographer, architect (graduate) and media director to help create The Platform. Her diverse skill set and a passion for seeing people reach their potential has the right makings of a Community Manager. We are excited to have her on board as the go-to person at The Platform!
